Aging, childbirth, injuries, and all the other things that happen in adulthood don't have to stop our commitment to a healthy body that is mobile, strong, and resilient. Even as our body changes, we can adapt and move inward to stay connected to our commitment to health from the inside out.
Through various types of yoga, you will learn how to safely move in and out of poses that will increase your strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. From Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, or a variety of them all, you will tap into your inner fire to discover more about yourself on and off the mat.
